Most search engines have advanced filtering. I have links that allow you to adjust the settings for adults included. Note that if you can delete your cookies or, possibly, its history, you adjust the settings again.

Google allows you to focus here on the Google homepage (www.google.com), click Advanced and click the Filter using SafeSearch.
