What Pokemon card is this? Please help, been searching for A year!? - pokemon card scans for vba

This map is similar to Map 200 Pokemon Movie Promo I belive. But no, I bought long ago for $ 100,00 and is screwed in a soft plastic box in a hard plastic box. It also comes with a booklet pokemon on something big, which is jappanese. I know it is not exactly the same as the promotion because of the comparisons, but I can not find any information about them or how rare it is, or how they receive. Any help would be very grateful.
